Orders
By confirming your order, you confirm that you have checked the selected items, including sizes, colours, and personalisation options. Any confirmed and paid order is firm and final. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us quickly at contact@pssd.shop — we'll do our best if the order hasn't started production yet.

Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is made online at the time of ordering through the secure methods available. Passe D does not store any payment data on its servers.

Personalisation
Items with custom printing (name, number, patch) are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect on our part. Please carefully review the information entered before confirming your order.

Liability
Passe D cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the site or a delivery delay caused by external factors (carrier, customs, force majeure). We do everything possible to resolve any dispute quickly and amicably.

Disputes
In the event of a disagreement, we invite you to contact us first at contact@pssd.shop to find an amicable solution. Failing an agreement, the competent courts will be those of the French jurisdiction.
