Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern all transactions made on pssd.shop between Passe D and its customers.

Contract formation
Any order placed on pssd.shop constitutes a sales contract between the customer and Passe D. This contract is formed upon payment validation and receipt of the order confirmation email.

Prices
Prices displayed on the site are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Passe D reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept bank cards and any other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. This right does not apply to personalised items (name, number, or patch printing) made to your specifications.

Delivery
Passe D commits to shipping orders within the timeframes stated on the site. In the event of a significant delay not attributable to force majeure, the customer will be notified by email. Passe D cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond its control.

Legal guarantee
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, Passe D is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity for goods sold. In the event of a non-conformity identified within 24 months of delivery, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product.
