Order processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders with custom printing may require an additional 3 to 7 business days of preparation, depending on production load.

Delivery times
Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 7 to 15 business days depending on your destination. These timeframes are indicative and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or in the event of customs inspections.

Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time. If you haven't received this email within 7 business days of placing your order, contact us at contact@pssd.shop.

International delivery
Passe D ships to many French-speaking and international countries. Customs fees or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country — these charges are the customer's responsibility and are subject to the regulations in force in their country.

Parcel not received
If the tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, start by checking with your neighbours or the nearest pick-up point. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@pssd.shop with your order number — we'll open an investigation with the carrier as quickly as possible.
