Refund policy
At Passe D, we do everything we can to make sure every order meets your expectations. If it doesn't, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items with custom printing (name, number, or personalised patch) are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect identified upon receipt.
Return process
To initiate a return, email us at contact@pssd.shop with your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for the return — please include photos if possible. Our team will get back to you within 48 working hours with the return address and shipping instructions.
Pack the item carefully and use a tracked shipping service to avoid any issues in transit. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Defective item or wrong order
If you received a damaged item or something different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue. We'll cover the return shipping and arrange a full replacement or refund, based on your preference.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive a confirmation email. We'll let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account. Then contact your credit card issuer — there may be a processing delay before the credit officially appears. Next, reach out to your bank, as a processing period is often applied on their end. If after all these steps you still haven't received anything, email us at contact@pssd.shop — we'll sort it out.
Sale items
Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items on sale or purchased during a special promotion are not refundable, unless a product defect is confirmed.
Exchanges
We only process an exchange if the item is defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange for the same model in a different available size or colour, contact us at contact@pssd.shop and we'll do our best to help.
International orders
For customers outside France (Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, North Africa, French-speaking Africa…), return shipping costs remain your responsibility. Passe D cannot be held liable for parcels lost without proof of shipment — please keep your proof of postage.
